SuggDJ Store Terms of Service

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. The SuggDJ online store, operating at www.suggdj.com, is run by MSDJ Maciej Szymecki, with its registered office in Dębczyno 48, 78-200 Białogard, Poland, EU, NIP (VAT ID): PL6721913202, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
  2. These terms and conditions define the rules and conditions for the sale of SuggDJ software (hereinafter referred to as the Product) via the website, including the rules for placing orders, making payments, granting licenses, and complaint procedures.
  3. Any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality who makes a purchase in the store is hereinafter referred to as the Customer.
  4. Contact with the Seller is possible via the email address provided in the contact data section at the bottom of the page.

§ 2. Subject of Sale

  1. The subject of the sale is a license to use the SuggDJ computer software in the FULL version, the detailed description and functionality of which are presented on the store's website.
  2. The software is a digital product, delivered in the form of a license key entitling the user to activate and use the full version of the program.
  3. Proper operation of the Product requires a computer with the Windows 10 or 11 operating system and, for the one-time license activation, internet access. After activation, the program operates offline.

§ 3. Placing Orders and Payment

  1. Orders for the Product are placed by proceeding to the payment page and finalizing the transaction using the available payment methods.
  2. The payment operator is PayPal. The transaction is carried out in accordance with PayPal's terms and security standards.
  3. The price of the Product listed on the website is a gross price, expressed in US dollars (USD), and is the final price.
  4. A condition for the order's fulfillment is that the Customer provides true data, in particular an email address, which is necessary for the delivery of the license key.
  5. After the payment is successfully processed by the operator, the Customer will immediately receive, no later than within a few minutes, a unique license key to the email address provided during the payment process.

§ 4. License Grant

  1. Upon purchase, the Seller grants the Customer a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the SuggDJ software.
  2. The license is for a single PC. It entitles the Customer to a one-time activation and use of the software on **one (1)** computer (workstation) belonging to the Customer.
  3. Activation requires an internet connection to verify the key and assign it to the Customer's computer hardware ID.
  4. The Customer is prohibited from reselling, distributing, or making the license key available to third parties, decompiling, modifying the source code, or attempting to reverse-engineer the Product.
  5. Violation of the license terms, particularly attempting to activate the key on multiple devices, may result in its revocation without the right to a refund.

§ 5. Complaints and Right of Withdrawal

  1. The Seller is obliged to provide a Product free from defects. If the delivered license key does not work, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.
  2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the Seller's email address. The complaint should include the Customer's email address, a description of the problem, and the received license key.
  3. The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
  4. In accordance with applicable consumer rights laws (e.g., Art. 38 Point 13 of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights), the Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract after receiving the digital product (license key), to which the Customer agrees during the purchase process.

§ 6. Final Provisions

  1. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes come into effect on the day of their publication on the website.

Privacy Policy

§ 1. Personal Data Administrator

The administrator of your personal data is MSDJ Maciej Szymecki, with its registered office in Dębczyno 48, 78-200 Białogard, Poland, NIP (VAT ID): PL6721913202.

§ 2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing

  1. Your personal data, in particular your email address, is processed for the purpose of:
    • Performance of the sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – i.e., to generate and deliver a unique license key, verify it, and handle complaints.
    • Fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), e.g., for tax and accounting purposes.
  2. During software activation, an anonymous, encrypted **Hardware ID** of the Customer's computer is also processed, solely for the purpose of verifying the single-PC license. This identifier does not allow for the identification of the User and does not collect any personal data from their computer.
  3. Providing an email address is voluntary but necessary to complete the purchase and receive the Product.

§ 3. Data Recipients

Your personal data (email address) may be transferred to entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, including the payment operator (PayPal) and the hosting service provider (OVH sp. z o.o.). Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

§ 4. Data Retention Period

Your personal data (email) and license data (key, Hardware ID) will be stored for the period necessary to perform the sales contract and for the period required by law, and after that time until the statute of limitations for any potential claims expires.

§ 5. Your Rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland.
